The Interview Process started with an HR round with a very polite and humble HR inquring on the need for the job change along with various background questions as per the norms. The second round involved a long session with the supervisors and experts from the Line of Business. This round involved a lot of concept verification and also functional expertise check. The next round was followed up with a short discussion with the Project Director. The PD round was more to ascertain the possibility of the resource joining the company and trying to add value to the organization as a whole. This round also targeted to provide a detail on the profile the interviewer is being interviewed for. The next round was simply a round to discuss the pay structure and the fitment.
