They started off by telling me they wanted to hire this position very quickly. I interviewed in the middle of December and was told I deserved a second interview the following week and they would get back to me ASAP. A week later I call to follow up to hear a receptionist say they would not be doing any interviews until after the holidays. So I wait until after the Holidays and hear nothing. Follow up about one week into 2017, and they offer me my second interview January 16th. I do that interview and it seems to go well, they say they want to hire this position ASAP and I would hear back in about a week whether they were moving forward with me or not. Every Monday from then on I have followed up until today, 4 weeks later, they finally sent a rejection letter. I am not upset I was rejected, that happens, more upset that they told me one thing and made me wait weeks longer than I was told, twice. Oh well, many companies don't have the courtesy to be timely anymore. This made me wonder if I would even want to work for them if they had offered the job.
