First, I submitted an application on their website. Then, the Head Administrator for my county contacted me. We set up a time for us to talk about the position. After we talked about the position, we scheduled a time for our interview. It was about an hour long, it was online, and the questions related a lot to the job and seeing if I was the best fit for this position.
