The interview process was three rounds - 1 phone screen, second interview with two people separately, final interview with two people separately. Each round was laid back and the conversation felt natural.

Asked about a time I had to handle a difficult situation or have a difficult conversation. Asked about where I see myself long-term. Asked about my interests outside of work.
They really wanted to get to know me as a person. It wasn’t only about job knowledge or experience. The interview wasn’t as formal as other interviews I’ve been on which was nice.
