I had an amazing interview. The interviewer said multiple times "you sound like a perfect fit". A week goes by and I didn't hear anything back so I sent a follow-up email. Never got a reply. I look up the position on LinkedIn and THE RECRUITERS SPOUSE got hired. Such a waste of my time and CONFLICT OF INTEREST MUCH??? Populous group loves nepotism. I was desperate for a job at the time but thankfully found the perfect position a few months later at a better company.
Their recruiter reached out and we scheduled an interview. The time for the interview came and no call/no email. Apparently this is a common thing with their hiring process judging by these other reviews.
If you no longer want to meet with them, take the 10 seconds to send them a cancellation email. This kind of thing just makes the company look unprofessional.
