Interview
I had one interview with a recruiter - they were supposed to call me at a designated time and after not receiving a call - I emailed 10 mins after to see if we were still scheduled for our call. They called me promptly after I emailed. The call was all over the place. They first asked if I had any questions without providing any additional detail or background about the job.
Several weeks later, after I had all but given up - I received an email with an invitation for a second panel interview and was told to expect a scheduling email in the next day or two. It has been almost a month and I have not received any scheduling email, despite sending two follow-up emails to inquiry on status and reconfirm interest. Online profile still shows my application in process.

It was a 3 person panel, done virtually with about 10-15 questions. Many behavioral, with a few questions pertaining to the job itself. It would be wise to study for both.
Contract workers only have to do a phone interview for about a half hour. The interview process was an average phone interview asking about experience and some general "what would you do.." type questions.
