Interview
I applied through the Poshmark website. After a week I got an email to set up a time for a phone interview. The phone interview is your typical phone interview lasting about 15-20 minutes. They ask you questions about your most current job, why you chose your major, and why you want to work for Poshmark. As someone else said you know you did good if they offer you an in person interview during this call. Unfortunately for me I wasn't offered an in person interview, instead they said they would get back to me in a couple a days through email. The email they send is generic and states that they are going with another candidate.

Interview
They called me within a few weeks of the initial application. The HR rep was hell-bent on knowing my previous CTC. I told them I’d be open to discussing this in the further rounds and that I’d like to know the salary range for this role but they obviously didn’t care. So once they knew my CTC, I get sent an assignment. I submit the assignment on time and have been waiting since then. No replies to my emails, no feedback, nothing. Don’t make us do assignments if you’re not going to call us and let us know if we’re through or not.
