Interview
The process started out with a brief phone interview asking all the usual questions - why do you want this job, why do you want to work with Poshmark, and so on. After that, I came in for an in-person interview where I met with three people who were all Community Managers, I believe. They all had similar questions about background, why you want to work in customer service, where you see yourself in five years, as well as some situational questions about how you would respond to a customer in a particularly tricky case. There was also a mini-questionaire, where they asked a couple questions and you had to fill out responses, again about situational questions. Overall everyone was fairly friendly, and they respond by email very quickly. However, I did get the feeling that things were maybe a bit rushed or that they may have been interviewing a lot of people.

It was almost 6 rounds, where every basic questions were asked in all the rounds. They took the interview process in a jovial manner. But I believe that no need of these much rounds for just a customer support job

They called me within a few weeks of the initial application. The HR rep was hell-bent on knowing my previous CTC. I told them I’d be open to discussing this in the further rounds and that I’d like to know the salary range for this role but they obviously didn’t care. So once they knew my CTC, I get sent an assignment. I submit the assignment on time and have been waiting since then. No replies to my emails, no feedback, nothing. Don’t make us do assignments if you’re not going to call us and let us know if we’re through or not.
