it lasted about 45 minutes and he asked to solve a dsa question and i have solved that but still now there was no reply from them first round - dsa second round - role related third round - resume fourth round - hr

This interview was one of the worst experience I ever had which forced me to write a review about this company. The process began with the interviewer (director) explaining about Poshmark as a company and then about the team. Looks like they had a very small team. Then came a very standard question : Tell me something about yourself . Within a few seconds , he started counter questioning me about the technologies which I worked on . I kinda found it somewhat unprofessional since you (as an interviewer) are supposed to listen to the interviewee and then ask questions at the end. These things started going on and somehow it seemed to me that he was disinterested in knowing more about me . That was my gut feeling but still I went on and tried to explain him to the best of my knowledge. Then he asked one coding question (implement Arraylist using Array). I figured out that it was an easy question but somehow at that moment of time I couldn't figure out how to start and design the class. But somehow I started and did some coding on the coderpad. Now comes the worst part: The interviewer went on Mute and there was no communication from his side which made me feel that I am talking to walls . After a few minutes , the interviewer said that he is going to drop off the phone and let me complete the solution by myself. At that point of time , I felt so bad because if that was the case , why did he ask me a coding question on phone . He would have rather given me the Take away home test. I did not expect such a unprofessional conduct from a Director level person. Seems that he was just interested in the end solution and not the thought process. I really wish that team gets a robot ! haha Anyways I just took the interview today and I know I will be rejected so I don't care too much about it now.
