I was referred by an employee of Poshmark. Had a standard phone interview with someone from HR, which went well. Then, I had an in-person interview in the Los Angeles office, which I also thought was good. After that, they wanted me to interview HQ, so I went back up to HQ, and that's when it got a bit fuzzy.
First, the email they sent me confirming the details for the interview said to come 5-10 minutes early, so someone could show me around the office (which I thought was cool). I get there 10 minutes early, and the receptionist checks me in and tells me to wait. So it doesn't seem like I'll get a tour, but that's fine because I'm sure not everyone has the time. The first person who comes to interview me arrives, and HR tells us which room to go to. We head over there, and it's taken. There's a completely empty room right next to it, but apparently we have to wait for the room that is taken, and people are in the meeting. At the time, I didn't think it was a big deal. So it's about 5-10 minutes before my interview starts. Overall, the interview is pretty standard. There were a few conversations that irked me, but it was fine.
The one thing that bothers me the most though is I never got an email from them after. I can understand if I don't receive a rejection email if I didn't get a phone call or even if it was just a phone interview. But I had interviewed with 8 people, not including the phone call. Maybe it's not common, but it bothers me that they don't have the decency to let people know after taking all this time off to go up to HQ. After evaluating my entire experience, it felt very unorganized and unprofessional.
