Applied directly on their website out of sheer curiosity. I didn't exactly have a lot of directly applicable work experience, so I was surprised that they had reached out to me for a phone interview the following day. Had your typical phone interview, consisting of your basic phone screen question (i.e. tell me about your previous job/day-to-day responsibilities). Soon after my phone interview they requested me to come in for an on-site interview. Met with 3 different people (lead, manager, director) within the team I was applying to work for. They didn't really ask me any questions that threw me in a loop, pretty much your basic F2F interview type questions. If you know your resume, know exactly why you want to work for Poshmark/in this particular position, and can convince them why you would be a good fit; it's really not all that difficult of an interview process. Just be sure to study up and be prepared. I also commend them for creating a comforting/relaxing environment, and also a high level of transparency when I interviewed in person. This is not always the case when going in for a F2F interview! At the very end of the interview, they had me do a short 2 question writing exam. Very simple, mostly just to see how your written skills are. Immediately after concluding my on-site, they reached out to me for 3 professional references. After replying back with my references, I was given a job offer less than a week later.
