Had a great experience interviewing with Poshmark! Pretty standard process. Call with the recruiter, then a phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, I was invited onsite where I gave a quick presentation and met with other PMs and stakeholders. The presentation was straightforward and based on the work I would actually be doing in the role. The conversations were less classic PM-questions (although there were a few mixed in there) and more about getting to know me and my experience. I had a few follow-on chats after my onsite, which were a little confusing since I thought I was done with the process, but about two weeks after my onsite, they gave me an offer. I had the opportunity to speak to several C-level execs while I made my decision, which helped me get a better understanding of the company. They even invited me to their community/company party and already made me feel like a part of the family! My recruiter was also very responsive and friendly. While my current priorities led me to take another role, there's a great team here and I would highly recommend them for anyone interesting in a great company in this space.
