Nice, friendly phone screening but then there was an external consultant doing the "technical assessment" and she was completely lost. She called 15 minutes late and didn't ask questions beyond the classical tell me about yourself... Being hundreds of times on the recruiting seat I felt she was not very professional and the conversation felt awkward. Very bad company branding
