I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Poshmark (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2019
Interview
Phone call/screening interview after online submission of letter plus resume. Call was very friendly, professional and helpful in terms of explaining the process and what should be expected. Recruiter also delved into my background and asked appropriate questions about why I thought this role and this company would be a good fit for me. Overall a pleasant experience and significantly more positive overall than other experiences I've encountered. Would have happily continued discussions but got an appealing offer from another company that I had started discussions with 2 months earlier.
