The interview process was such a joy! I enjoyed my phone interview with Nolan and he put me at ease. Phone interviews make me anxious but his kind and very positive demeanor made me want to speak with him all day! From the start of the interview Nolan was very friendly, patient, and engaged through out the phone call. I’ve never experienced a recruiter be as kind and thoughtful as well as have such great interview etiquette on the phone. Sadly, I’ve had a lot of bad phone interview experiences with other companies but Poshmark was different and a total relief. Nolan thoroughly explained the interview process to me and was such a pleasure to speak with!
