I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Poshmark (Redwood City, CA) in Jan 2020
Interview
Took ~2 weeks. Applied on the main website and heard from a recruiter the next day. Recruiter was really kind and asked to schedule a 30min intro discussion about the job.
When receiving the call for the 30min interview, I had bad reception. Recruiter left a voicemail and I emailed him, in which he got back to me and we rescheduled the chat. I was very happy to see that they were still willing to interview me even though I missed the call. The communication was excellent.
30min call went very well. Asked a few questions about my past experience, why I wanted to work for Poshmark, and what led me to apply for the job. Then recruiter gave me more info on what the job entails and what I can expect. After the call I got an email to schedule an in person interview at HQ.
The interview at HQ went really well. Recruiter gave me a tour of the work space and then led me into the interview with the first interviewer. I interviewed with two people separately (one of the senior associates and the manager). The interviews were not intimidating at all. They gave great interview questions to get to know me, and we had nice discussions about the job and our past experiences.
After the in person interviews, the recruiter called me within a few days and asked me to have a 30 min phone call interview with the community leader. Within the same day they called me letting me know whether I got the job or not.
Great interview process. Everyone was very kind and the communication was great.

Interview
It was almost 6 rounds, where every basic questions were asked in all the rounds. They took the interview process in a jovial manner. But I believe that no need of these much rounds for just a customer support job

Interview
They called me within a few weeks of the initial application. The HR rep was hell-bent on knowing my previous CTC. I told them I’d be open to discussing this in the further rounds and that I’d like to know the salary range for this role but they obviously didn’t care. So once they knew my CTC, I get sent an assignment. I submit the assignment on time and have been waiting since then. No replies to my emails, no feedback, nothing. Don’t make us do assignments if you’re not going to call us and let us know if we’re through or not.
