I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Poshmark in Dec 2020
Interview
Was interviewed by 3 people, 45-60 minutes each. Interview lasted about 2.5 hours. Everyone was very kind and did their best to make me feel as comfortable as possible when answering their questions.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Poshmark in Nov 2016
Interview
I had a phone interview and was later invited for an onsite interview. I met with two managers and the CEO. I left the interview and was called a week later by the same recruiter within their HR team for a phone interview. They had forgotten I had already been in the office and were inviting me back for a first time on-site. Upon letting them know I had already been in, there was silence and I was informed she would follow up with me in a few minutes. I never heard back.
