Probably the best interview experience I’ve ever had, I was going to write this exact review even before/if I did not get an offer. I had applied for a more senior level role but the recruiter reached out asking if I would be interested in meeting for the senior associate role. He was quick, responsive, friendly and professional. I was shocked by how much he knew about the team and the actual role, you don’t typically get recruiters who are that well versed on all teams and job functions. 1st round was the initial phone screen, 2nd was with the associate manager on the team, 3rd was a timed assessment, 4th was a 4-panel interview that lasted 2 hours. In the final round I had some of the most challenging but exciting situational questions I’ve ever been asked and I didn’t have to repeat myself once since they did such a good job parsing the questions out. Following the final, the recruiter again reached out to check-in and let me know that the team was regrouping and when to expect a decision by. Everything was so smooth and I felt so informed throughout the whole process that it really validated my desire to work for the company.
