Interview
The process started with a hacker rank challenge in which there was 1 coding and 1 SQL. Next was a design round to design a component they had implemented. Till this my experience was pretty normal.
After that they scheduled 4 interviews. These interviews left a bad impression, In round 1 the guy kept saying my solution wont work even though his approach and mine were almost the same and he dint give any justification as to why, I found the same question in leet code and guess what both the approaches worked. In round 2 she asked for different approaches, I came up with 3 but she kept asking for more approaches. I wasn't sure what was the expectation. I felt they had some solution in mind and wanted me to come up with the same, I believe that is not fair to the interviewee. Since I dint clear these two rounds, they cancelled the other 2 rounds.

Interview
The interview happend in total 6 rounds:
1.Online coding contest
2.once u get selected in coding round. They move for a screening round taken by a senior employee
3.If u pass, the remaining 4 interviews are scheduled
a.Inteview with Senior Data engineer
b.Interview with another S.D.E (same day)
c.Interview with D.E Manager
d.Interview with Head of Poshmark India
4.if abv goes well, Call with HR is scheduled to discuss the payscale and benefits offered by the company(got the call after 10 days as it was festive season and offshore had holidays)
Everyone who Interviewed me and HR was very nice and humble. Really enjoyed the experience
