Had a phone call with a hiring recruiter, was assigned an assessment - had to provide examples of "engaging content". Had another one with the growth manager. He didn't even have his camera on, which was a bit unsettling (I've never had an interviewer not turn on their camera). There were a lot, lot of questions being asked from him and if I recall correctly, it was a pretty long first interview.
Didn't hear back for a while, followed up and was told I'd receive news ASAP by the recruiter. I have heard nothing from them since then. I know this is extremely common but it would be nice to extend a rejection email to candidates so we aren't waiting around.
