The Interview process was thorough and organized. I appreciated getting Poshtips with helpful links, tips, and information to get me prepared for the interview. It was an initial phone screen, another phone interview, and 4 30-minute interviews with different team members covering Analytical, strategic, cross-functional, and personality fits. It would've been nice to not waste 3 weeks and 7 interviews just to be told that they went with another applicant, but my recruiter was lovely, and so was the team. Just know you may get all the way up to the last rounds and get rejected.
