Typical process starting with initial phone interview first. However they then sent an exercise over to complete that was a bit unclear. Nevertheless I did it but they then said they wouldn't be moving forward. When companies do that they are usually looking for ideas without the intention of hiring. If they are sending exercises over so fast in the process, they need to describe more of what they are looking for.
