Interview
Their questions were a mix that required the applicant to record video responses and respond to text prompts. Unfortunately, the applicant has to start the process over if a video weren't to the applicant's satisfaction. I turned in 100% of their pre-hire documents and turned in my proposed start date and working rate. However, the company did not provide a response (as of today, at least three weeks out), nor did either of my follow questions receive a response (They were 2 weeks and 1 week ago.). I understand if the position was filled, but I consider it professional to respond even if the applicant is not selected (and the company's applicant portal claimed that staff members were accessible for answering applicant questions).
