The interview process was somewhat informal and more of a conversation about the company than a formal interview. We discussed my background as well as the background of the company and the roles of the position within the company. After the initial interview with the IT Manager and the IT Support Team Leader I was introduced to the IT Director and had a brief conversation/interview with him as well. I was then taken on full tour of both of their buildings on their campus. After the tour ended I was introduced to the CIO and have a very casual conversation about the company, technology and ourselves. Overall the experience was very pleasant and the people were as well.
