Referred from a friend and within a day was contacted with about a 10 minute phone interview and set a face to face interview for the next day. Met with the VP for about an hour and had the best/most comfortable interview. Explained the job pretty well. Asked to come in for a second interview and to sit with a scheduler to see the job. Again such a comfortable interview. And got to see first hand what the job is. Everyone was so friendly from the second I walked in. Offered the job on the spot.
