The interview process was un-organized. I was there twice and they did not share who I was being interviewed with. In my second interview I was waiting in a waiting room with no one around just a phone to contact the receptionist in a different building , no water or bathroom access, where the VP of quality showed up 30 min late and came up with the lamest most unprofessional excuse where he was throwing another person under the bus as a reason for being late. Felt very disrespected. The interview itself went very well and they were impressed but had to let them know I was not interested, those were red flags and I cannot work for someone like that.
