Positive screening interview lead to an interview with the hiring manager. That interview was scheduled for 45 minutes but the conversation was positive and lasted an hour. From there a third 45 minute interview was set up with another senior team member. After that the company totally disrespected me and never reached out with any outcome. A complete ghosting. I’m comfortable being turned down, but I invest my time into interviewing and the professional thing to do is give the candidate a definitive answer. If this is how they interview I can imagine it’s not a positive place to work. Not surprisingly the role is still available 2 months later even with a plethora of talent available.
