This interview process took more than 4 weeks in Folsom, CA. Interview started with a basic phone call from the recruiter which then resulted in a week in not hearing back from the recruiter. The follow-up interview was an interview with the team members' and team lead/manager. After they string you along in multiple interviews (and often times waiting up to 1-2 weeks to even hear back whether or not you got an interview) - they do not even have the plain and simple DECENCY to notify their candidates who have gotten this far in the process. They will just update their ICMS portal and mind you, this portal does not notify candidates - and will not even send the candidate a direct email to inform them of their rejection at all. Poor communication and transparency on all fronts, along with a lack of organization in their interviewing process and procedures. They need to revisit their policies/procedures.
