Interview
Apllied online soon early Jan. Got a call back the same day that I applied and spoke with a recruiter. Call was a basic screening call and basically just reviewed my resume and discussed the possition with him for about 20-30 min. He then invited me into the office to meet with him and the head of client services.
Went to the office (which is very nice) and met with him. Continued to discuss the position before meeting with the head of client services. No hard questions or anything like that. The head of client services was late so I had to wait in a conference room for 15-20 min while she got out of her "meeting". She then arived and had yet to even see my resume so I had to guide the whole conversation. All in all it was very unprofessional and at the end of the day I realized I wouldnt want her as a boss anyways.
The account manager role is a sales role. Unlike most companies that have a sales staff AND a support staff with account managers Practice fusion only has AM's to do the "selling". So if you are looking for a real Account manager role and to get account manager experience this probably isnt for you

I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Practice Fusion
Interview
Interview process was more like a dialogue about your interests and was a very casual, friendly experience.
It was a pleasure meeting everyone and my only complaint was that there was no follow-up. I can handle rejection but when a company just ghosts on you it’s a serious slap in the face. They sent me a survey and that’s it.

Interview
Brief phone interview/screening by HR Representative. Very pedantic and audibly disinterested in her task, person made nonconstructive comments on my phone skills during the call, emphasized perks more than actual role, indicated they would be sending me an invitation to a group interview that same day and never sent it. Seemed overwhelmed by recent acquisition and working for a larger group.

Interview
I had an initial phone screen with an incredibly friendly and informed recruiter. At the end of the phone screen I was invited on-site for an interview. At the on-site I spoke again with the recruiter and a team manager. They were both engaged and excited to be in the interview with me. Finally, I came back for one more on-site where I spoke with a second team manager and a team lead. During this interview I was asked about my previous experience, my skills set and my technical background.
