      Interaction Designer Interview

      Dec 12, 2013
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      San Francisco, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Practice Fusion (San Francisco, CA) in Sep 2013

      Interview

I was an intern with Practice Fusion the summer before, and this interview was supposed to be only to see if there were any "red flags" before hiring me full time. I met with all the new senior interaction designers who were hired after me, and it all seemed to be a go. Half a week later, I was called and told that they "re-evaluated their needs." It seems that PF doesn't really care for brand loyalty or keeping around people that they trained themselves and who really lov(ed) the company.
