I was contacted by phone 2 days after submitting an application online. I had an initial phone screen with very informed recruiter, and was then scheduled to speak with the head of the department via phone the next day. After this call, I was invited for an on-site interview, where a series of 1:1 interviews were held with members of the team. I was then invited for a second on-site interview a week later, where I participated in a working session with the team. Following this, I was given an assignment to complete. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional throughout the entire process.
