The interview process was extremely straightforward, which was refreshing considering some of the otehr startups I was applying. There was no "if you had a purple train and four pennies, how many ounces are in a flock?" questions. Mostly we talked about the sales process, my motivations, what I was looking for in a job and in the company, and what my goals were. Strangest part was we did a mock pitch (they let me know ahead of time) to pitch a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I had a phone screen with the recruiter, and in-person with him and a manager, and then a final in-person with ~6 individuals over a couple hours.
