Practice Velocity interview questions

I was presented through a recruiter; had a phone interview with Dr. Stern and was quickly asked in for a panel of interviews with the leadership team. I met with three panels of two or three people each -- each bringing relevant questions about how I'd fit into the team and environment. It was a great experience -- I felt engaged and welcomed throughout the interview. Unfortunately, I thought the interview went great and was expecting an offer; however the recruiter relayed a cryptic response from the admin saying that I wasn't "strong" enough with no additional feedback. This lack of information -- especially after such a positive interview -- hearing things like "I'm excited to see where we take this." from the CEO was extremely disappointing.
