Very unprofessional company. I was asked to attend in person for the interview in Bangalore location. The position is for Hyderabad and they conducted interview in Bangalore. After the interview the interviewer asked me to prepare a strategy and send. I took 2 days time and prepared a marketing strategy. HR chased me like anything for the strategy document After sending the document they started the drama saying their CEO came from US and they are busy. They told they need a week time. When I asked for the status after a week they responded back after 1 day saying they are not going a head without even discussing the strategy I sent. When I spent 2 days time to prepare a strategy they should at least discuss the strategy and try to understand it. After that they can decide whether it works out or not. I prepared a 6 month strategy with goals. The thing is they just steal the strategies and ideas on the name of interviews. They don't even have basic knowledge and are very unprofessional. Not a professional company. Don't waste our time preparing strategies for this company.
