Precision AQ Copywriter interview questions

While my initial interactions with Precision AQ were positive, my overall experience left much to be desired. The first HR interview went smoothly, although I was somewhat distracted by an unprofessional background during the call. I made it through to the next stages, including completing an assignment which I submitted on time. I received positive feedback and was told I'd go through to the final round. However, as one of the interviewers was on holiday, I was asked to wait two weeks for the next step. Three weeks later I received an automated rejection email, which was both confusing and disappointing given the earlier communication. When I asked for feedback, I received no response at all. While I understand the nature of rejections in a competitive field, it was frustrating to be left in limbo after being encouraged to wait for the final interview. This experience made me question the company's commitment to the values they promote on their careers page. Clearer communication and follow-up would have made this process more professional and respectful of candidates' time.
