Precision AQ Managing Editor interview questions

The senior HR person sets up with me a date and time--of her choosing--to send me a writing assessment to establish my candidacy for the role. Well when the date and time arrives, (1) the senior HR person does not fulfill her obligation to send me the writing test on the date and time she chose, and (2) she does not have the decency to give me advance notice to say she's canceling the appointment so that I don't waste my valuable time expecting her to email me her writing test, as she had promised. Incredibly, this HR lady's behavior shows a complete lack of respect for my time, unprofessionalism, and her inappropriate conduct reflects an environment with absolutely no code of ethics whatsoever.
