Interview
The interview process was very disorganized. Starting from the recruiter Sara Sorenson showing up late ~ almost 15 minutes late for the initial screening. For the next stage with the Manager - he was almost 20 minutes late as well claiming he didn’t have the interview on his calendar. Overall a terrible experience and wouldn’t reapply

Interview
Went through four rounds of interviews. Every individual interviewing me was very nice, very cordial. After the fourth interview, I waited to be contacted. A couple of weeks elapsed and I had not heard anything. So I reached out and was told they had hired an internal candidate. Was told that I had interviewed really well, and they would like to help me interview for other positions within the company. I followed up a couple of times with the hiring team afterwards, and no one ever reached out.

Straight forward and easy. Screen with HR and interview directly with hiring manager. Offer can be received in a week or two post interview. I applied, received and interview within a week. Interviewed with the two team members, hiring manager and Director. Great culture!
