I applied the role online, HR officer sent me an email and scheduled an initial call with me. But the HR officer never called me on the scheduled date and time. I wait for 25 minutes and dropped an email to the HR officer with alternative available dates and time. The same HR officer replied my email an hour after our schedule meeting time, saying she had urgent meeting so she could not call me. The email she sent also had no suggestion of rescheduling the initial call. HR never followed up with me for the following days, and never called me during the available alternatives I suggested. I personally found it very unprofessional.
