It was a long interview process, primarily through zoom interviews, but mostly conversational with a bit of role playing. It was a different person each time, and typically one-on-one. I had 3 interviews and an on-site meeting.
There was a call with the recruiter and then I talked to the Head of Engineering for the cultural interview in which they explained the role in detail and asked a few questions
