I genuinely wanted to describe the interview process as challenging but reasonable and role-focused. I really wanted to conclude this review by noting that the tech team members I spoke with seemed professional and just nice people to talk to. Considering 1 of 3 technical rounds felt like a professional experience exchange, rather than a strictly-formatted job interview. HOWEVER The hiring team rescheduled one of the technical interview rounds just on the interview day. I was pretty flexible, regardless, I planned for this interview 2 weeks in advance (and booked a day off). Not a big deal, right? Especially if that was a great conversation and they let me know I passed for the last (fourth) round. But that last, 'cultural' round, as they say, felt completely off. I talked with one member who asked me pretty generic, scripted questions and was constantly mispronouncing my name. Second, person talked to me in a way that they were doing some job in parallel and not quite paying attention to my responses. Finally, I got turned away after 4 interview rounds and 3 positive team feedbacks (after each technical round). Another person from the recruiting team reached out to me with a generic 'we wish you all the best in your job search' letter. Also, when I asked for some more detailed feedback, they answered with the same, AI-generated, generic text. That feels quite cruel to be turned away after 3 tech rounds of interviews (+ 1 cultural, + 1 initial HR chat). Do not recommend. You can spend more than a month of your job search, qualify by every skill and experience piece, but be turned away with a generic AI-generated letter.
