First round virtual (on camera) interview screening with Recruiter. Then another with a member of whatever team you're joining to determine if an offer will be extended. They use Calendly to schedule, and Zoom or Google Meets as the platform. Was ghosted after technical difficulties for scheduled 2nd round. The compensation for this role is static and cannot be adjusted for experience :/
