Interview
There is a screening interview that is pre-recorded. If you are successful you go to the second round which is around 30 minutes long. The second interview has more behavioural and role-play questions.

Can you provide an example of how you successfully managed multiple priorities or set and achieved challenging goals in a high-pressure environment?
Require extra interview labor from applicants, while the recruiting team and the management send copy paste replies.
When declining the candidate after 4 interviews the manager says "It is a no now, but apply again next month".
