This interview process was probably the worst interview experience I have ever gone through. I first applied in late November 2024. Had my first two interviews in December 2024. Now here is where things get interesting....
After my second interview, I was told they get back either way in 1 week. Well.. 1 week... then 2 weeks went by before they reached out. They then proceeded to tell me that they will be putting the interview process on hold due to a shift in priorities right now and if I'm still interested in the new year, they'll reach out with an update on January 15. Well I replied, letting them I'm grateful for the transparency and that I'm still interested. On January 15.. no email.. I wait for about 5 days before deciding to reach out. They got back to me and said they have changed the criteria's of the role and if I'm still interested they will set up my final interview. I read the new job post that was sent and expressed that I was still interested in moving forward. I was then booked in for a final call. The final interview went well in my opinion, I felt like I was a fairly good fit because I inhabit a high level of emotional intelligence, which is needed for these kinds of roles. I felt like the person was VERY clear and they wanted to make sure I understood all that came with a role like this. I knew I was a match given my work experience, and all that I've displayed in my previous interviews. They also mentioned they're hiring multiple people for the same role. Well to my unfortunate surprise, I was not chosen. This came at a complete shock because I was indeed a good fit. I then followed up and asked for some feedback.. basically asking what about my interviews and experience made me *not* a good fit. Well.. I was ghosted in that regard. There's absolutely nothing about this company that's desirable, and I'm grateful now to have not been chosen.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Behavioural and situational questions. Questions about my work ethic and experiences within customer support.
I felt that the team was very quick to respond to all my emails and keeping me updated as well to all the changes. They always answered all questions and always kept it professional. There were 3 meetings in total in which I felt went very smooth. I enjoyed those because it gives you a chance to meet some members of the team. They made you feel very comfortable during the interview and it definitely helps take the nerves away. I am very excited to start my career at Prenuvo.
I applied online. I interviewed at Prenuvo in Dec 2024
Interview
The interview process was very organized. There were two rounds of interviews that offered an opportunity to speak with different people at Prenuvo.
My biggest takeaway from my two-round interview process was the passion I noticed everyone had for:
- The company and its growth
- Their personal journeys with the company
- Supporting employees with mentorship
The interview was very interactive and informative. After my first interview, I had enough of a clear understanding of Prenuvo and the Patience Experience Representative role.
Although there was a delay in receiving an update after my second interview, the company did communicate with me regularly, which I was very impressed by, especially in this current job market (i.e ghosting). As an applicant I felt my time was respected and valued.
