Had a phone interview. Then came in for two more interviews. On the second interview, I shadowed to see what an average day on the job would be like. Everyone was great and very positive.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Prestige Staffing in Jan 2024
Interview
I reached out to Denise (Talent) on LinkedIn and we set up a call, we went over basic understanding of job and what I was looking for and salary. After I had an interview with Abby (Manager and employee of 8.5 yrs). Abby and I meeting was set to 30 min but she insisted that I keep asking questions which I didn't mind bc the conversation was great and the interview couldn't have gone better - basically went over my resume, what I am looking for and the traits I have that can contribute to the company. Abby expressed how much she liked me and how she is excited for me to meet with Jeff (Manger/Director) for my final interview. I email the recruiter to schedule the interview and the next day they let me know that they are not moving forward. I asked for feedback - crickets - i emailed again and no response. It could have been that there were already farther in the process with someone else but it was a poor way of letting someone know...or not know. This came to me by surprise but I am thankful I am not moving forward if this is how their recruitment process works.
