Average. Interview went by smooth, was even selected for final round. However out of nowhere when i didn't hear back from them for weeks I followed up and to my surprise I received an automated email on my rejection. I don't feel bad I was rejected, but I feel agitated with the approach this company choose on hiring. They have no respect for someone's valuable time they invest in their company
