Pyramid scheme with no leads so the interview process is a grab, immediately have to pay for background check and then they get you started. You have no say in anything and any questions you ask do not get answered until you pay them.
The interview was standard with a discussion of my past work experiences and discussion of the open position, current priorities, and expectations. It was very conversational and comfortable. The interview was myself and 2 people from the organization one of whom was the hiring manager.
