It was friendly but informal process. And they did not ask you about job details and spending most of time to explain their business. And I had no idea how they make money.

I met with a person at a job fair. He was like we have many openings of the different profile in our company and told me to meet personally at his office. He never told the name of the company and any other details until I went to his office. It was per day rented office in Regus Building. So, I asked for his name but no one knew him on front desk so she checked in the database and called him. There were 2 other individuals to meet him. So, finally he turns up and met everyone individually and asked few questions, then eventually he sat with us in the group and 2 hours to explain about his company and he was willing us to join him as a partner without any salary and also asked for money for training and licensing.
