Apply through ada on Craigslist, Indeed, etc. Phone call from school director who then scheduled the interview. Met with both director and owner of school, who asked me to tell them what I believed the job to be. Asked me about myself and how I feel about the age group. Handshake, then a phone call about 2 days later offering me the job.
