I interviewed with the director of the school for about 20 minutes. She was very nice, and was open to listen to my needs. She allowed me to changed me position of a preschool lead teacher to the position of a infant classroom teacher. She was ok with this and allowed me to step in and help out and meets the other teachers in the room for a few minutes.

Had a thirty minute FaceTime interview than the next day went in person to location for observation/interactions with several different age levels for an hour. Overall great experience and I am praying I get an offer soon.

Not very long, need to be detailed and provide scenarios of how you communicate with children and how you communicate with parents . Make sure that you have a positive attitude
The Phone interview was super great, they sound so friendly! They were Very interested in my experiences and offered me a job right then and there! They were super quick and efficient with communication.
