It was quick and easy. Most of the questions were just focused on you as an individual. Not many were about actual teaching strategies. I believe there were only about five to seven questions.
The interview was ok. I wasn't asked extremely difficult questions. Just what I'd bring to the company, my experience, how I'd handle disciplinary decisions, etc. I would say the interview process was pretty easy to get through, but that also depends on the interviewer as well.
